Call for entries to short film competitionThe Satyajit Ray Foundation, in partnership with the British Council, Nehru Centre and BFI has launched its short film competition for 2006. The competition is open to all filmmakers either resident in, or studying in, the UK. Films must be of no more than 30 minutes in length and should express and inform aspects of the experiences of South Asians (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) either within their own countries or the Diaspora.
