National Film and Television School launches new career development scheme Compass Point is a new career development initiative aimed at overcoming barriers faced by black and ethnic minority workers in film, television and media related industries. This scheme, which will run over two years, is a National Film and Television School initiative in association with B3Media and is also backed by the European Social Fund Equal Programme via Skillset and the UK Film Council. Compass Point will give a career boost to 32 aspiring media creatives with a programme of skills enhancement, business planning and mentoring from established industry figures.
