Free HR and Training Consultancy Service As part of 'A Bigger Future', Skillset and the UK Film Council are offering a free Human Resources (HR) and Training Consultancy Service to all sectors in the film industry. This service will be offered to selected companies who currently have no HR support and who are looking to develop their workforce and business. This free service aims to help companies design an HR and Training strategy to enable them to be more effective with their business and resources. A training consultant will carry out a training needs analysis as part of the service, and the company will also have the opportunity to apply for grants of up to £10,000 towards training from the Skillset Films Skills Fund.
