New website showcasing British Short Films - launched The UK's largest collection of British-made short film available to a global audience via narrowband and broadband internet connections is now online! Over the next three weeks all thirteen categories will be made available to watch online. With each film having a running time of no longer than five minutes it means whether you're bored at work, need inspiration or just love film you can be entertained within minutes. You may review and rate each film to offer praise or [constructive] criticism... So, whether you have viewed films online, at one of the nationwide screenings or on television, you have a chance to have your say about each film - and award it up to five-stars! Each of the 375 films have a profile featuring info on the director, film and a few words of wisdom to help inspire, enthuse and educate other filmmakers. Films available to watch range from award winners to undiscovered gems that premiered at the Super Shorts Film Festival. As the web site is completely free of charge to access by anyone, anywhere in the world with a narrowband or broadband internet connection, we hope the site will champion the UK film industry and broaden and build audiences for new work from Britain.
