Paul Farmer - "Cargoes" Online Cornish film maker and writer Paul Farmer, as part of his Arts Council South West-funded 'Time & Space' project, is creating a series of short online films under the collective title 'Cargoes' to tell the scary tale of his recent voyage by freighter ship to the French Caribbean, Central and South America.
