Forkbeard Fantasy Digital Editing Using Final Cut Pro HD Training The course will cover capturing footage, editing, adding transitions and effects, compositing, adding text and graphics, speed manipulation and audio editing, but most importantly it will centre on the creative methodology of digital post production resulting in artistically valid editorial decisions. This is a three-day course and will be limited to four participants. Robin Thorburn - who has over twenty five years professional experience in film, television and theatre and has been a regular contributor to Forkbeard film projects over that time - will run the course. All courses are run using Apple Macintosh computers and are designed to meet the needs of beginners and more advanced users alike. A copy of 'Apple Pro Training Series: Final Cut Pro HD' by Diana Weyn will be given to all participants. Who will benefit? - Film and television editors
