Cornwall's Longest Established Media Production Company
We supply a complete production service and can offer clients all they require
for a finished production for broadcast, exhibition use, promotional video,
CD-Rom or television commercial. We also offer post production facilities
including Beta SP or non-linear component editing with editor or self-drive,
video dubbing and conformation, still photographs from video, telecine, and
large screen presentation service.
Made in Cornwall
A selection of full-length video programmes produced by Three S Films made
in and about the county. They include powerful images of all that is unique
and memorable on the coast and moorland, a historical observation covering
10,000 years, a programme illustrating the diversity an attraction of seeing
Cornwall on foot, the pride in the industrial culture, and theatrical performances
at the Minack and Plain an Gwarry, St.Just. All films are available in the
PAL European and NTSC American formats. Advice can also be given about films
made by other Cornish film-makers.

Walking Cornwall
Our latest production filmed and edited by award-winning camera man Russell
Thomas with narration by Stephen Hall. Walks include Bodmin Moor, Tintagel,
The Camel Trail, The Lizard, West Cornwall, Boscastle and the Camborne Redruth
mining area. Information about featured walks is delivered by local guides.

Cornwall.............On Camera. A romantic, thought-provoking look at a Celtic
land which has long captured the world's imagination.
Cornwall boasts a dramatic history shrouded in mystery and legend. These
events of the past have been played out on one of the most picturesque landscapes
in Britain. This programme looks back at the history of Cornwall and its people,
tracing their roots and discovering what sets them apart from others. The
story is brought up to date by the modern day appeal of Cornwall, as its beaches
and coastline continue to draw people from far and wide.
A Year in Cornwall
A colourful reflection of real Cornwall highlighting the celebrations and
traditions enacted by local people through the changing seasons.

The Passion
The second in the Ordinalia trilogy, adapted by Pauline Sheppard and performed
in the Plain and Gwarry, St.Just, The Passion vividly recreates the final days
in the life of Christ in the raw and bawdy style of populist theatre.
Tregeagle
A warm summer evening at The Minack Theatre with Kneehigh Theatre telling
the story in their inimitable fashion of Jan Tregeagle, a worker on the Lanhydrock
Estate said to have sold his soul to the devil. Pyrotechnics, original music
soundtrack, choreography and above all the acting and charisma of Kneehigh
Theatre at their stunning best.
Reflections on scilly
Filmed over a year on the lyrical Isles of Scilly, this is an inside examination
of the enigmatic appeal of these islands which annually attract countless
visitors, with observations on the annual events and customs such as fishing,
flower-picking, and Newquay gig-weekend. Most of the islands are included
with comments by locals. Already this film has become of archive interest.
Trevithick Day
Film of the historic bi-centenary celebrations marking Trevithick`s invention
of the first automobile. Crowds of 50 - 60,000 witnessed two days of spectacular
celebration with Camborne town-centre closed to allow the large procession
of steam vehicles making their annual tribute to Trevithick`s statue, plus
the full-size model "Going up Camborne Hill"
Living on the Edge
Winner of the Celtic Film Festival at Fort William `Special Jury Award` and
the first film from Cornwall ever to receive an award at Celtic Film Festivals,
Living on the Edge tells the harrowing story of a group of `new age travellers`
attempt to build a community in the ruined quarry at Kenijack, Botallack,
and the efforts by the council to remove them.
A Place of Heaven
St. Teresa's Cheshire Home at Long Rock Penzance, the second Cheshire Home
and the inspiration of Group Captain Cheshire. The film documents the anniversary
visit by Leonard Cheshire, who in the last year of his life examines the principles
behind the Cheshire Homes and their success internationally.

We have one of the largest collections of surfing titles in the world including
the latest international releases and our archive collection representing
the development of the sport from the early sixties.
