BT Schools awards- The BT Schools Awards reward schools that can demonstrate their commitment
to BT’s mission: To help everyone in the UK understand and enjoy the benefits of improved interpersonal communication skills.
Your schools will need to demonstrate the following:
- Do you understand and endorse the principles of constructive dialogue?
- Are you committed to helping those around you have better conversations?
- Do you endeavour to make the most of every discussion, whatever your role in it?
- Do you want to actively seek opportunities to promote the importance of speaking and listening within your school and outside it?
Applications will be judged on the following: - Speaking and Listening in the Classroom – most important element.
- Speaking and Listening in your school
- Speaking and Listening in your community
Up to 200 schools have the chance to win £3,000 worth of benefits. The scheme has been running for several years, and in the past has made grants for ICT and citizenship projects. For further details and to complete an applications which must be submitted:
