Ragdoll Foundation

The primary purpose is to make grants for charitable purposes around the world that:

  • promotes the development of children through children's imaginative thinking.
  • encourages innovation and innovative thinking and influence good practice elsewhere.
  • offers creative solutions that deal with the causes of problems in childhood.
  • ensures effective evaluation of projects to promote sharing and learning.
  • Above all demonstrates how the voices of children can be heard.

Although the Foundation focuses o­n early years it will consider projects that focus o­n the needs of older children and young people.

Grants range from £500 upwards.

Application Procedure

A three stage process

Stage o­ne; No standard application, but an inspirational paragraph (one page maximum) and a completed contact form. Give an indication of costs including income and expenditure and other funders/ partners involved.

Stage Two; o­n invitation a fuller application.

Stage Three; Visits and discussion.
