Considers applications with an emphasis o­n youth activities.

Grants for specific projects o­nly, mostly o­ne-off, but no core revenue, salary or transport funding.  The Foundation makes a limited number of recurring grants for up to three years. Grants Average £3,000.

Application Procedure

The Trustees meet six times a year. The closing date for a meeting is three weeks beforehand. The next o­ne is; 23rd November 2005.

Applications are not required to be in any particular format but should include:

• details of the Charity (name, charity number, address, telephone, email, contact name);
• a description of the project with brief details of the cost, management and timing
• some background information and colour to put the application in context, e.g. it would be
• helpful to have a brief description of the charity, its size and history, present make-up and aspirations.
• Video tapes and CD ROMS are most welcome and will be returned;
• the funding programme and progress to date;
• the latest audited or examined accounts.
