Garfield Weston Foundation

A broad range of activities in the fields of education, youth, the arts, health (including research), and other areas of general benefit to the community can be funded. Usually o­nly small contributions to a specific project or part of a project are awarded. Capital (including buildings), core costs, o­ne-off, research, recurring costs, running costs and start-up costs are all eligible. Salaries are rarely considered. Funding is given by means of a single cash donation.

Application Procedure

Applications can be made at any time and should include details of the need the intended project is designed to meet and an outline budget, together with a copy of the annual report and accounts. There is a three month turnaround of applications.
