Lighthouse in Brighton is offering Guiding Lights, the first major mentoring scheme in the UK designed to identify and support emerging film industry talent. The scheme is part of A Bigger Future, a joint project between Skillset and the UK Film Council which aims to address skills development across all jobs in the UK Film industry.

Guiding Lights is seeking applications from film industry professionals in the early stages of their careers. If you are a director, producer, writer, business affairs executive, talent agent, sales agent, distributor, exhibitor, marketing executive or publicist with at least two years experience in your field, you are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will then be matched with high profile established practitioners who will provide them with mentor advice and support throughout the programme and beyond.
