Hollywood is the biggest investor in films produced in the United Kingdom, with the majority of the large scale productions recently filmed in the UK being financed by major US Studios. The attractions of the UK remain its substantial technical expertise and locations, although in recent years available tax relief has attracted productions , which might not have come to the UK. New government funding and other finance schemes supporting feature films has led to increased UK investment in Film Production.
