A residential two day, o­ne to o­ne course, BFI listed since 1993. Moving Vision is    primarily a working production company and the course particularly benefits from the  'real world' experience offered. 

We use Sony PD170's and HVR Z1 HDV. The course includes all of the technical  elements required to use these cameras competently and provides the essential foundation elements required for all TV camera work.  The course is geared to working at professional and broadcast standards.

The course fees are inclusive of two nights en suite accommodation at o­ne of our friendly local inns, breakfast and lunch. Light refreshments are served at the studio.

The weekend of April 16/17 Raindance founder presents Lo-To-No Budget Filmmaking. He actually shot a 35mm feature film for UK278.38, and has just returned from Toronto where this class was sold out.

Day o­ne is filled with dozens o­n No-Budget Shooting tips, as well as the tongue-in-cheek but incredibly useful Five Minute Directing School.

Day Two is how to turn your film into a movie, and turn your self into the hot new filmmaker. How to enter film festivals, go to film markets, raise finance and much more.
