Funded by the European Bureau for Lesser Used Languages/Cornwall Video Resource.] 1994 “A Smooth Guide to a Rough Cornishman” - Portrait of Pol Hodge, Cornish language poet and performance artist. [16mm - 12 minutes. Independently funded.] 1995 “Splatt dhe Wertha/Plot for Sale” - Adaptation of Andrew Lanyon’s book. A surreal comedy in which three heroines of romantic novels examine the effects of their work on contemporary Cornish culture and landscape. [35mm – 12 minutes. Funded by West Cornwall Film Fund, Kodak and ACE/National Lottery.] 1998. “A Proper Job” – 30-minute pilot for TV comedy series about a useless private eye. [Development funded by Carlton and South West Media Development Agency.] 2003 5 film-based installations for the Eden Project. 2001 Produced by First Film Foundation and the Sci-Fi Channel / Directed by Bill Scott “Cheap Rate Gravity” – A science fiction comedy about a couple coping with the problems of weightlessness. [35mm - 10 minutes.] 2002 Produced by Window Box Films / Directed by Bill Scott“Blight” – The story of John Blight, successful Victorian artist and antiquarian whose unrequited love triggered mental problems and saw him locked away in Bodmin Lunatic Asylum for the last 40 years of his life.
