Exciting New Commission Opportunities…
Got something to say?
Got a story that needs to be told?
Got an idea that may just change the world?
Chew TV — the UK’s 1st broadband TV channel run by and for young people — is looking for fresh ideas from the country’s upcoming talent.
We’re looking for 10 amazing ideas that we can help you to develop.
We’re really interested in subject matter that will stir up debate or that highlights issues you feel passionate about. Your idea could be anything: an animation, film, documentary, music video, audio, a game, or just a way of communicating though ChewTV.
ChewTV can help you develop your idea by providing expertise, mentors, some help accessing financial support and equipment etc.
…so tell us about it!
All you need to do is tell us - by e-mail, by post or on the phone - what your idea is, why it interests you and how ChewTV can help you develop it.
Proposals may be submitted by individuals, groups of young people or through organisations such as schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs etc. All ideas are welcome.
The more original the idea, the better!
Remember, proposals will be chosen on the basis of original and/or experimental ideas, NOT on the quality of your CV!
The deadline’s 5th March 2007
We will be having the first development session for these ideas in April 2007, so you need to get your ideas in to us by Mon 5 March 2007.
We are also now accepting submissions to be shown on the Channel. This is your chance to get your work shown to a worldwide audience.
We will consider all work that we receive, so any films you’ve made are welcome. Send all submissions as a data file on a disc or on Mini DV tape not as an encoded DVD!
Submission form available on the website. www.chewtv.com
