Designer / Visualiser Wanted To Create Presentation
Substantial Project - Fast Turnaround needed
The Opportunity To help Plymouth City Council explain and pitch a major new cultural project that will transform the city and extend access to and participation in culture.
The Requirement
PCC need a Graphic or Moving Image Designer or Visualiser to develop an existing project proposal for a new very large scale cultural development into a concise, clear and colourful presentation that can be used by the project management team for explaining the project to a wide range of constituents including funders, the public and potential stakeholders.
The Timescale
The Council needs this presentation in 5 - 7 working days from the time we agree a contract.
Criteria
- The presentation could run as a DVD video or as a Powerpoint presentation or a combination of both.
- The presentation needs, at some point, to allow a presenter to talk through the proposal, so this suggests a Powerpoint presentation and if it involves moving image this needs to be a short introduction.
- It needs to be operable from a standard laptop computer running windows linked to a Powerpoint projector.
- The presentation needs to have plenty of attractive images even though we don't know what the final result will look like yet.
- The presentation material needs to be no longer than 20 minutes - and possibly slightly less - including live presenter verbal content.
You will be able to
- Understand our concept and translate it into an attractive visual format
- Source and assemble appropriate visuals and other related material
- Assemble these into an attractive and dynamic presentation that fulfils the brief.
We can provide
- The concept
- Some or all of the script
- Development support - answering your questions etc
- A reasonable fee - by negotiation
