Bournemouth Screen Academy to appoint Academy Ambassadors in the South West
Bournemouth Screen Academy intends to appoint a team of Academy Ambassadors throughout the South West region. Their role will be to disseminate information about the BSA, publicising its projects and to liaise with interested individuals and organisations. They will also act as talent scouts, searching out individuals who might benefit from engagement with the Academy and collaborating with FE colleges, schools, screen-related companies and media organisations.
The Ambassadors will each be paid an honorarium and will be responsible for spreading the influence and reputation of the BSA throughout the region. It is expected that Ambassadors will be appointed to represent each of the following regions: Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset and Avon. Discussions with potential Ambassadors will begin after Easter, so the Academy invites anyone interested in the role to send a CV, with full details of contacts in the region and names of two referees, to the Screen Academy Director David Hanson.
