Culture South West seeks Executive Director

Culture South West are currently seeking a creative leader and strategic thinker who will share with the current Executive Director the challenge of taking the regional cultural consortium through its next phase of development (this is a job share post of three days a week). Culture South West has headquarters and a small staff team based in Exeter - they are a consortium of organisations dedicated to supporting, championing and promoting culture (including sport) for those living in the region.

This role requires considerable skills in management, planning and communication, at least five years experience of working at senior level in the cultural sector, a successful track record in advocacy and partnership working and a commitment to cultural development within a regional context.
