The Pavilion provides 20 incubator units in 15,000 square metres of serviced office accommodation. The aim is to provide a high quality business start-up facility for graduates from the Arts Institute and other higher education providers.
 
The Pavilion is just o­ne of a number of major initiatives that the South West RDA invests in to help retain graduates in the region o­nce they move o­n from the academic world into business. The Pavilion
also supports the growth of creative media and ICT industries within the region
