The Arts Centre houses 2 galleries, 4 workshop studios, a theatre/auditorium and a café/bar and the building is located in the centre of the city close to high street shops, public car parks and to the main bus and train stations.

The flexibility of the auditorium encourages a host of conferences, seminars and exhibitions with the added use of 3 studio rooms.

There is an excellent box office, video and lighting equipment with expert staff o­n hand.

The Drama, Dance and Art studios are a great resource to use for workshops, classes and courses, for informal meetings and as rehearsal space.

Exeter Phoenix is fully accessible with automatic doors, accessible toilets, a lift and parking for disabled delegates.
