The Swindon Film Festival is organised by Pete Snowman. He does it entirely to avoid the train fares to Bristol/ London/ Edinburgh film festivals. He also runs a company called Festival Shorts, which showcases brilliant British short films and is responsible for programming the official Glastonbury Festival short film marquee.
